- ½ large banana
- 6 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cream
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Mix banana, flour, baking powder and milk until it forms a dough.
- Sprinkle bench with a little flour and roll out dough, using your fingers.
- Mix together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over dough.
- Roll dough and cut into three pieces.
- Mix brown sugar and cream in mug.
- Place cinnamon rolls in mug.
- Cook in microwave for 90 seconds.
- Let cool a little and enjoy!
