• ½ large banana
  • 6 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cream

  1. Mash banana in a bowl.
  2. Mix banana, flour, baking powder and milk until it forms a dough.
  3. Sprinkle bench with a little flour and roll out dough, using your fingers.
  4. Mix together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over dough.
  5. Roll dough and cut into three pieces.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cream in mug.
  7. Place cinnamon rolls in mug.
  8. Cook in microwave for 90 seconds.
  9. Let cool a little and enjoy!
