Trefoils @ Sister Act

Our Ruff Diamond Trefoils recently enjoyed a fun adventure with a day out in Melbourne. They boarded the city-bound train at various stations along the route, gathering at Southern Cross Station and heading via tram to Brunetti’s for a delicious lunch in a unique atmosphere.

After lunch, it was a short stroll to the historic Regent Theatre. With its lavish seating, grand auditorium, and magnificent chandeliers, the theatre was certainly impressive.  The house lights went down, the orchestra started playing, and an incredible production of  Sister Act began, starring Casey Donovan as Deloris Van Cartier.  The show also featured Genevieve Lemon as Mother Superior and Rhonda Burchmore as Sister Mary Lazarus, all delivering outstanding performances.

Of course, no city trip is complete without a touch of retail therapy! After some quick shopping, the Trefoils boarded the train home, wrapping up a thoroughly enjoyable day out.
