Tie-Dying Challenge

The 11th Ballarat Guides and the Choc Chic Ranger Guides spent a creative evening tie-dying their t-shirts. Instead of using traditional coloured dyes, they experimented with a method that used bleach.

It was interesting to discover that the results differed depending on the fabric of the shirt. Some materials bleached really well, and others not at all, even though the same concentration of mixture was used.

Regardless of the unpredictable results, the unconventional experiment was a fun activity.
