Rafting in the Rain

Last Thursday was the only day of the week where we didn’t have beautiful sunny weather in Ballarat.  In fact, it rained.  But that didn’t stop some of our adventurous Girl Guides from rafting on Lake Wendouree.

The girls met on the lake foreshore and constructed two rafts using barrels, poles and ropes.

Each raft was unique, with different degrees of sea-worthiness.  Both resulted in a lot of fun.
