Guides in Cardboard Classic @ Ballarat Show

Today, local Girl Guides and Scouts joined together to participate in a Cardboard Classic activity as part of the annual Ballarat Show.
The Guides made and decorated their boats in the weeks leading up to the activity, then transported them on the day, ready to use.
The units worked in teams and had a great time. Obstacles throughout the race course included a rope structure and car tyres.
By the end of the day, the boats were in a state suitable only to be used as garden mulch.
