Decorating activity with Lions Christmas Cake

During the year, the Sebastopol Girl Guides enjoyed an activity using Lions Club Christmas cakes. This would also be a good challenge for those looking for a useful school holiday activity.
Each cake was divided into 4 quarters to produce a manageable size for the girls. Sue, the chef from the Red Boot Cafe at H.Rehfisch visited the unit over 2 nights and demonstrated how to make a variety of decorations from icing.
Each cake was a unique result.
