Cooking for the community

Over the last couple of weeks, the 11th Ballarat Girl Guides have dedicated time preparing meals for other people.
They cooked an assorted of meals including:
- curried sausages
- sausage rolls
- chickpea curry
- vegetable bake
- macaroni and cheese
- and cauliflower gratin
These meals will stock the freezers at Ballarat Central Uniting Church to be distributed to people in need.
The girls also made bags to carry their books and water bottles to Guide sessions each week with assistance from the ladies from Ballarat Central UC Quilting Group who demonstrated sewing techniques.
