It’s that time of year again.
- a warm Tuesday night
- a group of Scouts
- a group of Girl Guides
- a construction challenge
- and an esky full of water bombs
What could possibly go wrong?
Each year the Scout groups throughout Ballarat combine for the challenge of constructing a ballista for the purpose of projecting waterbombs towards their opponents. Generally the opponents are Girl Guides from various units in Ballarat.
Our Guides are quite skilful at constructing the ballistas from poles and rope and certainly enjoy flinging waterbombs back at the Scouts.
This is a great activity enjoyed every year by those who participate, both Scouts and Guides.
